MBPI/Miraclebeam is a US-based designer, manufacturer and provider of OEM and ODM products and inspection services, as well as a full OEM and ODM global sourcing and quality assurance and quality control inspection supplier.



We provide branded products under our own label as well as a full OEM and ODM private label branding program that includes a full array of hard and soft goods, household items, LEDs, Flashlights, lasers, Pet goods, knives, clothing, luggage, hats, etc. as well as complete outsourcing of products, and a full array of quality assurance and logistical services for our clients.

-Collect, inspect and confirm pre-production samples

-Factory assessment (ISO 9000 confirmation) and site confirmation, inspection and certification, including initial production check (IPC) of machinery and materials prior to production

-Pre-Shipment Random Sampling Inspection (PSI) and daily reporting according to (ISO2859-1). Including quantity available, Style & Color, Workmanship, General appearance, Function, performance, safety, and size compared to specification, Packaging, and shipment labeling



Production

-Barcode, Product labeling, inner and master pack marking confirmation

-Daily factory-stationed Quality Control and production monitoring (DURPRO)

-Daily reporting and updates of production progress and delivery time confirmation

-Set-up, test and get certification marks of CE, TUV, CSA, FCC, CPSC, RoHS, FDA
